We went shopping today, and got a good deal on some ISS Oh Yeah protein bars. I finally got a box of the Vanilla Toffee Fudge, which I hadn't seen in a store until today. Also, it was BOGO half off, so I got a box of the Peanut Butter Fudge (the husband's choice) and a BOGO rain-check of my crack, the ISS Oh Yeah Protein Wafers.
ETA: Before I get bitched at because "Teh bahz has two much calowrys an da fatz" - consider this - the ISS Oh Yeah Bars, these and any of the other big old nutty ones, are 85 grams large.
That's 3.10410 ounces for the ISS Oh Yeah Bars.
That is DOUBLE the size of a Atkins Double Chocolate Crunch Bar*
The Atkins Bar* 1.55205 oz.
The ISS Bar is bit more than double the calories, fats, etc.
*Just an example.

She can stand up.
Chocolatey center. Mmm.
The ISS Oh Yeah Vanilla Toffee Fudge flavor is new to me. On first impression, I tasted mainly the think chocolate center and the slightest hint of caramel-like toffee flavor. I didn't catch any actual vanilla taste, though. There isn' much to say. I think the photos tell you how good these are. These bars kick serious protein ass. They are loaded with protein and healthy fats. They are also, big. For post-op WLS'ers, my suggestion is cutting them into three or four pieces and eating them as snacks throughout the day, for that in between "fix." You can't really beat these bars in the filling department, and it is very hard to tell that they are very low sugar.
