Weight:  168.  Yep.  I did it.  Got on the scale.  It was set at 164, so I don't think this was as huge of a bounce as I thought, initially.  :shrug:

  • 6am - 14 oz coffee, dollop of half + half.
  • Considering breakfast soon, thinking on protein shake, my belly is revolting a bit I think from last nights' pizza.

Mmkay, it's 9:15pm:

I'm about about 1200 calories.  Not bad.  :)  I had lots more veggies than usual - and - I'm not dying.  (Fitday.)  I got a quick walk on the treadmill, about 45 minutes, and a little walk outdoors, about 20 minutes.
