Weight:

  • 166 lbs.  (This looks a LOT like maintenance, fluxing 2-4 lbs a week.)

Ate:

  • 5am - ISS Oh Yeah! Protein Wafers (180 calories)
  • 8am - Bagel + Butter (200 calories)
  • 5pm - 1/2 biscotti
  • 7pm - 1 slice Domino's Pizza (sucks ass)

I now, feel like poop.  I have a headache and I'm starting to dump on the pizza.  It's all freaking bread - I should never eat that type of pizza.  Whee.
