- (Crashed right about here...felt the need for sugar so...)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder in pineapple/fruit smoothie
- 1 light string cheese
- 1/2 ISS Oh Yeah Chocolate + Caramel Protein Bar
- 1 flax tortilla + 1 slice baby swiss +salsa
- (Dumping now, great!)
- 1 flax tortilla + 1 slice baby swiss + mustard. (Of course, repeat that poop, right?)
