  • 1/2 ISS Oh Yeah Chocolate + Caramel Protein Bar
  • (Crashed right about here...felt the need for sugar so...)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder in pineapple/fruit smoothie
  • 1 light string cheese
  • 1/2 ISS Oh Yeah Chocolate + Caramel Protein Bar
  • 1 flax tortilla + 1 slice baby swiss +salsa
  • (Dumping now, great!)
  • 1 flax tortilla + 1 slice baby swiss + mustard.  (Of course, repeat that poop, right?)
