This week has been incredibly challenging.  I've got some personal stuff going on right now that's literally eating me alive, and it's made me come face to face with just how severe my food addiction is.  I eat to cope.  I eat to suppress my emotions.  The entire week, I've been opening the cabinets and the fridge and shoving whatever I could into my mouth.  I'm medicating with food, and it's not pretty.
