It's that boring, is all.

I'd been asked to share "what I am eating," lately.  I will reiterate that I fail to share this much because it's...

...boring.  It's not because I am a "bad girl."  It's not because I am eating cupcakes, donuts and Lucky Charms and washing it down with Coke.  I just don't do that.  

(This is part of the reason we're working on the Bariatric Bad Girls Mission.  It's NOT ABOUT FOOD.)

I will try again, to make more of an effort to share what I am eating.  Not every day, because I do no enjoy food journaling.  Yes, I am aware of it's positive use for weight loss and weight maintenance, but I also see negatives in it.  Hello, obsessions.  I warn you, it's boring.

Weight - I don't know.  I did not weigh in today.  I was up two pounds from my "low" holding pattern a couple days ago, so I am assuming I am back down.  The holiday gave me a good two pound cushion from some serious creamed onions and a few cookies. <g>

  • Coffee all day long with unsweetened soy milk, unsweetened dark cocoa powder and Splenda, 32 ounces diluted Crystal Light, Diet Ginger Ale -- a couple sips
  • My current *thing* - 2 slices 35 calorie wheat bread (70), pile of alfalfa sprouts (10), mayonnaise (>50) It would have roast turkey on it, if we had some.  This is my GO-TO meal lately.
  • 1 slice Pepper Jack cheese (80)
  • 5 mint truffle Hershey's Kisses (Serving size 9, 200, You're not missing out, these are mushy.)
  • 2 slices 35 calorie wheat bread (70), alfalfa sprouts (10), mayonnaise (>50) 
  • Whole Wheat Rotini, ground turkey/italian sausage/mushrooms in jarred Classico sauce, romano (About 1/2 cup total, I just wanted the sausage/cheese)
  • Westbrae Organics "Salad Mix" Beans, olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic (Probably a total of 1/3-1/2 cup, I was picking at it, beans kill me, but I adore them.)
  • Felt gross here -- 5 Ritz Hint of Salt Crackers (They need salt, nasty!  This would keep me from eating Ritz Crackers, problem solved.)
  • 10pm -- pills -- saltines, 2 slices cheese

What's with the SPROUTS?  Well, frankly, they digest.  If I eat them not in a GIANT amount, and chew well, I'm golden.  You cannot beat the nutrition.  I don't get nearly enough vegetables in my diet.  I love all varieties of sprouts.  I should grow my own.  I know.
