This guy is eleven months post gastric bypass. He's a self-proclaimed weight loss surgery guru.  He asks, in this video, for folks to repost it.

"I am not trying to cause drama in the Weight Loss Surgery community. My heart is just broken that some of you are just not getting it and relying too much on your tool and not stepping up to the plate. At the end of the day, its your life. This video is just for hoping it can be a wake up call."

Just listen.  "Why am I coming on, being the quote/unquote prick?"

You had surgery eleven months ago.  Don't do this to your friends, dude.  Spanking?  Really?  Unless, of course, you're into that kind of thing, since you mentioned it twice. <g>  It's all good.

Hey there sweetie, thanks for the response to my video. Glad it tore you up:) My video was for my subscribers and meant for people that are only a couple of months out. I was pretty clear. Your buddy sent me an email and I responded, she didn't like that too much.
